At Casuals 1312, we take great care to ensure that your order is dispatched promptly and arrives in excellent condition. We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £20 and affordable delivery options for all orders under that amount.
We operate a same-day dispatch service on most orders. Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched from our unit the same day, subject to stock availability and any necessary security checks.
United Kingdom Deliveries
All orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
If an order is placed on a public holiday, it will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note: There is a 2:00pm cut-off time for same-day dispatch.
Selecting Royal Mail Next Day does not prioritise your order for earlier packing or dispatch; it only applies to the shipping service once the parcel has been sent.
From time to time, we may use alternative couriers such as DHL, Yodel, or DPD, so your order may not always arrive via Royal Mail.
International Deliveries
We do not currently offer free international delivery. However, we do provide same-day dispatch on all international orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after this time, or on weekends or public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note that Casuals 1312 does not collect or pay taxes, customs duties, or import fees on your behalf. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any taxes, customs charges, or shipping/handling fees incurred upon import.
Important Information for International Customers
When ordering from outside the United Kingdom, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and carrier handling fees that may apply in your country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost displayed at checkout. Customs fees are imposed by your local government to regulate imports, and their amount will vary depending on your country and the type or value of goods ordered.
Carrier handling fees are charged by the delivery company for processing your parcel through customs. These may also vary depending on the courier, parcel weight, or order value.
While such fees are uncommon, they can occasionally occur. It is your responsibility as the customer to be aware of any potential import or carrier charges before placing an international order.
Failure to pay customs or carrier fees may result in your parcel being held by customs or returned to us, which may lead to additional costs and delivery delays. Please note that these charges are non-negotiable and must be paid directly to the relevant authority or courier before your order can be delivered.
Please note: Picking and packing times are not included within the shipping timeframe.
If you choose Royal Mail Tracked 24, this means your order will be sent via the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, and the delivery estimates apply from the time the parcel is posted, not from the time the order is placed.
