Refunds & Returns

Our refunds and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, or faulty/not as described, and must be returned in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable or Exempt Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary items, including underwear.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
  • Digital or downloadable products where the service begins immediately upon purchase (for example, software downloads).
  • Gift cards or gift wrapping services.
  • Certain health and personal care items.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase within 14 working days from the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price, including the original postage and packaging costs.

Please note that you are not entitled to a refund of the costs incurred in returning the item to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you no longer have your receipt, please provide your full name, address, and order number. Once we have located your order, we will send you a returns label.

Important: You are responsible for any return items until they are physically received by us. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Please note: Under no circumstances can refunds be credited to a different payment method than the one used for the original transaction.

3. Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after being notified that it has been issued, please first check your bank account or card statement.

If the refund is not visible, contact your bank or card provider as processing times can vary between institutions.

4. Discounted Items

If your item was purchased using a discount code or voucher, we will only refund the amount actually paid, not the original listed price.
